Our laundry facilities feature user-friendly and well-maintained machines, ensuring a seamless experience for our residents.
We are dedicated to providing our residents with an exceptional laundry experience. In addition, residents have the opportunity to dry their linens and laundry in the invigorating sun and fresh air. Dryers are also available, particularly during the colder winter months.

Annexes
The Vue Du Cap Annexes are a part of the AFM Executive Welfare Department, providing single accommodation for individuals, primarily dependent on SASSA Social Grands.
This complex consists of eight houses, each with six rooms equipped with built-in cupboards, ensuite showers, and toilets.
Residents share communal spaces such as the kitchen and lounge area.
For married couples, there are two cottages available for rent, exclusively reserved for couples.
The residents of the Annexes are an integral part of the larger community, and the residents at Vue du Cap highly value their presence, contributions, and participation.
Each house boasts its own courtyard with private gardens and designated areas for laundry.
The courtyards seamlessly transition into the gardens, complete with benches and shade trees, creating a tranquil and inviting atmosphere.
This garden area is conveniently located next to a spacious public space, providing residents with ample opportunities for relaxation and socialization.

To further enhance our security measures, our guards are seamlessly connected to a state-of-the-art security control room, guaranteeing constant vigilance.
To maintain the highest standards, our security company inspectors conduct regular inspections on our guards, ensuring their proficiency and adherence to protocols. These inspections yield valuable findings and observations, which are promptly compiled into comprehensive daily reports. These reports are then diligently forwarded to the esteemed SHE Officer, who oversees the safety, health, and environmental aspects of our village.

Safety, Health, and Fire Awareness are paramount concerns for every resident and staff member. To ensure the utmost preparedness, we conduct informative Fire Talks and rigorous Fire Evacuation Drills.
All fire equipment in our village undergoes regular servicing, with some items serviced annually and others serviced bi-annually. This crucial task is entrusted to a registered professional fire company. To ensure accountability, we maintain a comprehensive register that documents all fire equipment inspections and maintenance activities.
An annual health and safety audit is conducted by a reputable auditing firm to ensure that the SHE Officer (Health and Safety Officer) is effectively fulfilling his responsibilities in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act, Act 85 of 1993, and its associated regulations. The primary objective of this audit is to verify our compliance with the Act and its requirements, thereby ensuring the safety and well-being of all individuals within our village.
Borehole and Garden Area
The garden areas within our property are designated for the recreation and enjoyment of residents and their guests. It is the responsibility of the body corporate to ensure that all lawns, trees, and shrubs on the common property are well-maintained to uphold the beauty of our community.
While an external contractor is tasked with mowing the lawns in exclusive use areas, our in-house team is responsible for the construction of flowerbeds, shrubs, and trees to enhance the overall appearance of our gardens. Regular maintenance is conducted to ensure that our gardens remain in pristine condition.
To efficiently water our gardens, we have implemented an electronically operated sprinkler system that is connected through WiFi and solar system and utilizes water from our well point and borehole storage tanks. This system is programmed to adjust watering schedules according to seasonal requirements and any water restrictions imposed by local authorities.
